How to Download Your Files

After we processes your payment, you'll receive an email with a link to your downloads.

Your downloads may include:
If our upload size limit allows, you will receive separate image files for all aspect ratios (most often 5 image files, or 1 file in the case of TV Frame artwork and wallpapers). You can instantly download all the files.

If files are too big for our upload system, you will receive a PDF file with a direct Google Drive link for high-quality download. Most often, you will download a ZIP file containing all the image files.

How to Handle Downloaded ZIP Files:

For Windows Users:
Right-click on the zip folder and select Extract All.
Save the extracted files in an easily accessible location.

For Mac Users:
Double-click the zip folder to extract it.
Alternatively, create a new folder, move the zip file there, and use the Terminal with the "unzip" command.

Important: It is recommended to download all files on a desktop or laptop, as mobile devices may not support file downloads. If you encounter issues, send us a message, and we'll provide the download link via email.

How to Access Your files

Find Your Receipt - Check your spam or junk folder. For Gmail users, look in the Social and Promotions tabs. Click the link inside received email for direct and instant download.
